A well-planned, self-contained residential development of 121 three- and four- bedroom homes, each with it’s own architectural design. The street layout is based on a central one-mile circle, a smaller half-mile central loop and three cul-de-sacs. Two beautifully landscaped entrances illuminated by Victorian-style lamp posts greet homeowners and guests alike.
A COMMUNITY OF FRIENDS
New homeowners are greeted with a Welcome Gift that includes a Neighborhood Directory, and information on all of the benefits of membership in our OLG Homeowners’ Association. We have even planned for the family dog with the “Commons,” our maintained rest stop for pets.

Just 6 miles from the University of Georgia’s main campus and downtown Athens, we have convenient access to the GA 10 Loop.
